Australian souvenir coin

Hi, my father gave me this coin in 2006 when he went on the spirit of Tasmania from. Devonport to Melbourne, could anyone tell me it's value and rarity. Thanks

I have seen them on ebay Australia for around AU$5 to AU$10
They are fairly rare, you don't see them often. Nice find.
