Kazakhstan 2020 100 Tenge Belka & Strelka [解決]

There are two Kazakhstan 100 Tenge coins from 2020 listed in the catalog commemorating Belka & Strelka:

https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces281337.html
https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces281670.html

One is listed as copper-silver and proof-like
The other is listed as Nickel silver and while it doesn't specify, the image of the dogs appears to be either proof or proof-like.

So my question is:

A) Are these actually two separate issues with two different compositions?
and if yes, a supplementary question: I have one coin with the same obverse and reverse, how do I tell which it is?

I wasn't sure if this should go in coin identification or the coin catalog topic - but I figure at least if there ARE two separate coins, the catalog could do with being modified to a) link them to each other, and b) include a comment on how to tell them apart.

Hi, if you see the two links you attached, one is 100 Tenge and the other is 200 Tenge ;), so different face value coins,

According to National Bank of Kazakhstan, these 2 coins (first one 200 Tenge and second one 100 Tenge)

Coin referee for: Andorra, Equatorial Guinea, Marshall Islands, Moldova, Liberia and Spain
Banknote referee for: Andorra, Equatorial Guinea and Spain
Oops.... I completely missed that!

Thank you, that's a bit embarrassing.... I must admit I wasn't even thinking of the value, there aren't so many examples of a basically identical commemorative design being used across multiple denominations like that... Well, that makes mine easy to work out after all then...
