First image looks like a small cross surrounded by 4 briquets / vuurijzers and the second image looks like Charles V (edit: or Philip II).
So, Spanish Netherlands or Italian states under Charles (edit: or Philip II) would be my guess.
I am pretty sure I have seen a description of this coin in CNI while looking for another coin, so I am thinking maybe Naples?

I was thinking of Naples coins like these mezzo carlini, but I don't think there is a match. The size was highly variable on these.

But there were many varieties.
Maybe Spanish Netherlands ...

Thanks for your thoughts.
I check all the keywords in numista, but no match or something similar.

Possibly it is this one:

I can find other examples online with weights 1.5-1.6 g, closer to yours (which also looks as though it could have been clipped, though I don';t know if this was done on copper coins)
