I wonder which member(s) own this coin with a mintage of only 5... scores 95 on the rarity index

Pretty impressive considering the coin's bullion value of 5.5 million dollars   :o

Brass knuckles, joker mask, cheerleaders and hookers ... I do wonder about you Floridians sometimes - maybe it's the heat?

More info here.

Wondering if the collector used self-adhesive holder or staples.
And how do they (those 5 owners I mean) move it - it is a 100kg after all!  :8D
I bet that shipping would cost a lot

Shipping if I was daft enough to spend that much on one coin I would want it delivered free.
Hello,

I highly doubt any collectors on numista own it. When I was at the mint it Ottawa (where the coin was made). They said 1 is in a muesem in Ottawa, one is in use as a coffee table by a rich Saudi Arabian. And the other three are in the hands of other collectors/investors. What are the chances that of the remaining 3, two of them are members of numista.

Regards
Well it is an international website "/ lol
If three other members would enter this coin, then all five coins will be in the hands of the super-rich Numista dudes.  ;) Perhaps even more than three. I'm ready to enter this coin myself.  :D  :P
hell i let one of them marry my sister X-D

Oh, she's so cute! Let her marry a dentist.  :8D
I can think of a couple of people on here that supposedly have this coin.

Me too, I expected to see it offered for sale at a knock down price by now.

Yes, or up for swap for all your most prized coins! x.  ;(
Does anyone make coin holders big enough to hold them?
It's funny this topic is brought up. I actually happened to be looking at someone's collection yesterday on Numista and they had this coin listed. I'm not going to mention any names but the person is actually on Numista offering to sell his coins. I don't know if he's selling this one in case anyone's interested lol. But for real, I don't think someone who owns this coin really needs to sell off their other coins on Numista...unless it's to pay this one off I guess.
Probably custom made.
I know who it is lol !

How can a 100kg coin with a mintage of 5 only have a rarity index of 95 when these two coins that I own

Have a rarity index of only 1 less at 94?  Surely either the 100kg coin should be higher, or mine should be lower.
