20 francs 1907-1914 restrikes

The book Gold Coins of the World states that the 20 franc gold coins coins 1907-1914 were restruck at the Paris Mint in 1921 and 1951-1960.

I'm surprised this information is not in the coin catalogue.

Do the mintage numbers in the coin catalogue include retrikes. Is there any way to tell the difference between the restrikes and the original coins? Is the text or edge any different? Colour? I have heard some people the restrikes are redder because they have more copper but I don't know if there is any truth to this.
there was a thread about this a few years ago - which I found enlightening -

Thanks you! That was very interesting.

I also read that the 1925 sovereign coins from the London mint (the ones without mint marks) were restruck in 1949, 1950, and 1951 without leaving any indication of this. But the 1925 London mint sovereigns were never put into circulation anyway. I think they sell, or should sell, for the bullion value like the 1935L Swiss 20 franc coins.
