Possible Polish or German Origin [解決]

Hello all, as of recently I have been receiving MAJOR help and am enjoying the community here. I appreciate all who have offered encouragement and assistance lately.

I do have another coin request for those who are capable and willing.

I recognize the Eagle to be either polish or german possible but if I am mistake please let me know.
