French Gros Tournois Philippe III, IV, or V?

Hi,

I have this French Gros Tournois which was listed as being from the reign of Philippe IV, but on further inspection many of the details seem to match more with either Philippe III or V, can anyone help with a way to know for sure, please?

The edge is pretty worn so size & weight aren't an exact clue.

The King's name is spelled with 'pp' while Philippe IV coins only appear to have one.
The outside legend looks like it reads '+BNDICTV' & finishes 'IHVXPI' both of which feature on Philippe III & V but not IV in the catalogue.
