This 3 banknotes from Yugoslavia occupation of Montenegro are 2 in Montenegro list and one in Yugoslavia list, I think they should be all on the same list.
In SCWPM they are under Yugoslavia, but actually this is Italian occupation of Montenegro. I agree that all of them should be listed under the same issuer, probably Yugoslavia since back then Montenegro was a part of it.... Let's see what others think.
