I agree on a part of your statement but that not the entire story.

I have always preferred swapping by post within India and for swap outside India, I always prefer by meeting in person as I don't trust India Post. But since you said you have swapped with other collectors in India I agreed to send the coins by registered Post but the coins were ceased by Indian customs. I send you all letters I received from the customs. I have even visited the customs office which is more than 1000 km away from my town by spending almost $ 300 but the customs official didn't agree to release the parcel. I shared the details of the top official of customs if you can call him and explain that it was for collection purpose and not for business purpose so that they may release the parcel but you refused.

As I told you I work outside India and have visited India for holidays when we swapped and at the moment I am not with my coins so there was no way I could have compensated you.

If you had requested the customs official over call there were high chances of him releasing the parcel but since you didn't want to spend money on an international call the coins are still lying with the Customs Office in Kolkata, India.

You can see all the positive feedbacks I have almost all are either exchange with collectors in India or I have personally met them to swap when I visited their country for holidays or I made arrangements to ship through a third country mostly European where postal rules are a bit flexible than India.

I really feel bad for you that you didn't get the coins I sent including the gift coins I included for it but it was no fault of my own. Even I don't have them with me. They are ceased in the customs office and they are adamant of not releasing it. So, what can I do.

I sincerely apologize that you didn't get the coins I sent but you know there was no fault of my own and I have given sufficient proof of that. Even if the en.numista.com resolution team ask for it can provide it.

Lastly, I am still communicating with the Customs Office and requesting them to release the coins. That's the best I can do for you and if you call and request them I am sure they will release the parcel and you will get your coins.
