can anyone identify this coin

A friend is selling it to me (several states away) and said it has 1782 on it.  I can't make out the writing and I'm getting not much info from her.  I've searched all 1782 coins on this site, and haven't found it.  Any help would be appreciated. thanks

Can You enlarge the photo and take pictures of higher quality?

I usually use the little zoom at the bottom right corner of the windows page to zoom in 400%.  But ill try to see if I can edit it bigger.
