In the word Liberty, the letter F appears instead of the letter E. What is the value of this half dollar coin minted in 1967 and made of 40 percent silver?

The hair of the president blocks small parts of 3 of the letters- B,E,R on all the coins of this tye so how can it be an error if it's normal
