Your link isn't working so I have to guess. I think you mixed up two different coins. Your pictures show an Egypt 10 Qirsh 1972 coin (https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces1822.html). This coin has a reeded edge, so no lettering at all let alone two different ones. I think you mixed up with the Egypt 10 Milliemes 1972 coin (https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces10420.html), which has indeed two different edge letterings (well explained on the coin page).

Ye I think I mixed them up. I got it from a trade and he mixed them up as well so I just went on the coin from the swap. Anyway thank you to everyone that replied to me.
