シャルル3世（スペイン語：Carlos Sebastián de Borbón y Farnesio; 1716年1月20日 - 1788年12月14日）は、1759年から1788年に死去するまでスペイン王だった。シャルル1世としてパルマ公、ピアチェンツァ公（1731年-1735年）、シャルル7世としてナポリ王、シャルル3世（または5世）としてシチリア王（1735年-1759年）を兼任した。スペイン王フィリップ5世の4男で、フィリップの2番目の妻エリザベート・ファルネーゼの長男。在位中、シャルルはヨーロッパにおける啓蒙的絶対主義と摂政主義の提唱者であった。
