It had been thought to date to the end of Constantine I's reign, commemorating the twentieth anniversary of the reign of his son Constantine (future Emperor Constantine II). Dr Lars Ramskold attributes it to the interregnum between the murder of Dalmatius and the proclamation of the three Augusti (Constantine II, Constans and Constantius II).
