Pick says this was overprinted on P#3471; however, that is not correct, as the Northeast Kiangsi Soviet Bank transformed into the Fukien-Chekiang-Kiangsi Soviet Bank. More accurately, the overstamp was changed between these issues, with the base design remaining the same.
