(en) The Battle of Párkány (Turkish: Ciğerdelen Savaşı) was a battle fought between October 7–9, 1683 in the town of Párkány, Hungary (today: Štúrovo, Slovakia) and was a decisive milestone in the liberation of Hungary from the Ottomans.
