タキシラ市の地方貨幣として匿名の支配者によって鋳造された。このコインはAICR#1078（象が右、ライオンが左）の変種である。ジョン・アランによる大英博物館のCoins of Ancient IndiaのCatalogue of Indian coinsでは、このタイプは次のように記述され、帰属されている：Type Uninscribed, Class 2, Variant b（225ページ）。タキシラ硬貨の写真はプレートXXXIからXXXIVに掲載されているが、この変種の具体的な写真は掲載されていない。
