(en) Design in ocher. On right, portrait of Simón Rodríguez, possibly painted by Juan Agustín Guerrero, and image of Angel Falls to left. Denomination in numbers at center, top and lower right, and top left (rotated); in letters split over and above denomination at center. Country name on top. Serial numbers with letter prefix, red on lower left and black on upper right. Issuing date below denominations at center. Watermark Area at left, exact match see-thru device "BCV" on top left, two diamonds as mark for visually impaired on center left.

(en) The design is similar to P#82, with the change of the text "BANCO CENTRAL DE VENEZUELA" «Central Bank of Venezuela» to "REPÚBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA" «Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela», color and variations in ornaments.
On March 27, 2006, the National Assembly approved changes to the coat of arms and the flag of Venezuela, which were made official on March 12, 2006. Prior to 2006, the horse was running to the sinister side of the shield with its head turned to the dexter (to the viewer, this appears as the horse galloping towards his right and looking back to the left).
Angel Falls was discovered in 1937 by James (Jimmy) Angel, that later were named after him.
