ニンブスの両脇に碑文、左右のフィールドに縦書きの碑文。

向かい合うイサク・コムネヌス、左側に立ち、ステンマを身に着け、ディビジョンとロロスをまとい、右手にクルシガー笏、左手にアカキアを持つ、右側に立ち、左を向き、パリウムとマフォリウムを身に着けた聖母の右手に戴冠される。
二人の頭の間の上部に銘文、左右のフィールドに縦書き銘文。
