Play money produced by the company SIGG, an aluminum processing company based in Frauenfeld. This token was part of playsets produced in 1947.
Most of the 1 Franc token issues are minted with coin alignment. For 1947, 1971 and 1979 tokens with medal alignment are known, as reported in a survey on Numista: https://en.numista.com/forum/topic138035.html#p1344169
Possibly 1947 and/or 1971 issues with coin alignment exist, in case you own one then please add a date line for that variety and/or place a comment in the survey.
